6 Month Warranty
All pieces are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to:
Manufacturing defects
Structural faults
Issues with clasps, links, or fittings
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Scratches or surface marks from use
Damage caused by impact, misuse, or improper care
Exposure to chemicals, water, or harsh environments.

Change of Mind
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition
Returned in original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty Items
If an item arrives faulty or does not meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
These rights are in addition to your 6-month warranty.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and assessed, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
